Restore

Remodels, resurfacing, and finishes

Bringing an existing pool back: interior surface, tile, coping, lighting, and features.

The same pool after restoration with clear blue water and a bright new finish.

Pool restoration and remodeling

The problem
The shell is still solid, but dated tile, tired surfaces, and old equipment make the whole backyard feel worn out.
What’s included
Surface replacement, new waterline tile and coping, lighting, equipment upgrades, water features, and deck refinishing.
What you get
A pool that reads brand new, usually for far less than starting over from scratch.

Pool entry steps and handrail under clear blue water.

Pool resurfacing

The problem
Rough plaster, staining, and chalky patches make the pool uncomfortable underfoot and hard to keep looking clean.
What’s included
Chip-out, surface prep, plaster, quartz, or pebble finish options, acid start-up, and a two-week water balancing plan.
What you get
A smooth, bright interior finish and a water color you notice from the back door.

Tile and coping upgrades

The problem
Cracked coping and dated waterline tile pull your eye straight to the oldest part of the pool.
What’s included
Waterline tile, travertine and paver coping, mosaic accents, bond beam repair, and color matching to your existing deck.
What you get
A crisp, finished pool edge with materials chosen to handle Florida sun, salt, and afternoon storms.

Pool and spa lit from within at dusk with landscape lighting in the palms.

Pool lighting

The problem
Once the sun goes down the pool disappears, and so does half of your backyard.
What’s included
LED and color-changing retrofits, niche and conduit work, deck and landscape lighting, and app or remote control.
What you get
A backyard that stays usable after dinner instead of shutting down at sunset.

Maintain

Service, repair, and weekly care

Equipment, circulation, chemistry, and the weekly visits that keep all of it working.

Technician skimming a pool in front of a filter and pump equipment pad.

Equipment repair and replacement

The problem
A pump that screams, a heater that will not fire, or a pad nobody has touched in years.
What’s included
Diagnostics, pump and heater repair or replacement, automation, valve and plumbing rework, and clean equipment pad rebuilds.
What you get
Equipment that runs quietly, costs less to operate, and stops being something you think about.

Pumps and filtration systems

The problem
Cloudy water, short filter cycles, and a climbing chemical bill usually trace back to circulation.
What’s included
Flow and pressure testing, variable-speed pump sizing, filter selection, and correcting undersized or restricted plumbing.
What you get
Clearer water on less runtime, with a system sized for your pool instead of whatever fit at the time.

Routine pool cleaning and maintenance

The problem
Between pollen, storms, heat, and heavy summer use, a Florida pool gets away from you fast.
What’s included
Weekly skim, brush, and vacuum, basket and filter checks, chemical dosing, equipment inspection, and a service note after every visit.
What you get
A pool that is ready whenever you are, with problems caught while they are still small.

Water testing and chemical balancing

The problem
Itchy eyes, faded swimsuits, and scale on the tile all come back to water that is out of balance.
What’s included
Full-panel testing for chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, stabilizer, and salt, plus dosing and a written reading log.
What you get
Water that is comfortable to swim in and easier on your surfaces, seals, and equipment.

Preventive inspections

The problem
Leaks, worn seals, and pressure changes rarely announce themselves until they are expensive.
What’s included
Equipment pad review, pressure testing, leak detection, surface and tile inspection, and a prioritized findings report.
What you get
A clear picture of what is fine, what needs attention now, and what to budget for next year.

Pricing

How we quote, before you ask.

We do not publish price lists, because a pool quote that ignores your access, equipment, and finish selections is a guess. What we can publish is how the number gets built.

Estimates are free and on-site

We do not quote a pool from a phone call. Someone comes out, measures, and looks at your equipment before a number exists.

One written price, itemized

You see the line items: materials, labor, permits, and equipment. No allowances that quietly balloon halfway through.

Change orders in writing first

If something under the deck surprises us, work stops and you approve the cost before it resumes.

Reviews

Homeowners on the work itself.

They quoted us in March and had us swimming by the Fourth of July. The schedule they handed us on day one is the schedule we actually got.
Priya & Alan M.Palm Harbor · New pool build
Third company we tried for weekly service and the first one where the same person actually shows up. The water has been right for two years straight.
Chris D.Seminole · Weekly service
They talked us out of a full remodel and did resurfacing and tile instead. That saved us a lot of money they could have just as easily taken.
Denise R.Dunedin · Resurfacing
